About

Coomunga HouseCoomunga House is a historic former home in the heritage precinct of Railway Terrace, Victor Harbor.

As well as being home to Cafe on Railway, it has also been extensively renovated inside and out to provide flexible and modern office and meeting facilities.

The business has been founded by Back Valley local Philippa (Pip) Robertson and is named in honour of a property where she was raised on Eyre Peninsula.

Having spent much of her life in the community service sector both within Australia and overseas, Pip has a passion for creating a business that can help provide opportunities for others.  One such vision is to be able to help train young people in hospitality skills through Cafe on Railway.

Coomunga House is centrally located in Victor Harbor with free parking close by.  It’s also a great option for visitors departing the Cockle Train or strolling the streets of Victor Harbor to pop in for a cuppa, snack or light meal.
